I just can not say enough good things about my private training and specifically strength training experience with Jenn. When we started I hadn’t seriously worked out (minus Jenn’s quarantine insta live classes) in close to 5 years and was definitely the heaviest and most out of shape I have ever been. When we started out it was the BASICS and really focusing on getting my form correct and getting me comfortable with working out in general again. I did a lot of body weight exercises or used 5lbs at most. Now only after a short few months I’m using heavier weights and doing exercises I never thought I would physically be able to do. Slowly each week/session Jenn has changed up the workouts to keep things interesting and engaging and more importantly was making me stronger without me even realizing it! Now when we do our weekly strength trainings I will be in the middle of a circuit and reflect back on where we started and how STRONG I’ve become and can’t believe I’m able to do the things that I can do now.


Yes, I do some cardio and Jenn has helped guide me towards better nutritional decisions, but the strength training has really been the key to my muscle gain, weight loss, energy increase and overall happiness. Jenn really listens to her clients in terms of their likes/dislikes, but always gently pushes you when needs be and is your BIGGEST cheerleader both in the session and outside of it. I’ve always felt like Jenn’s only client (which obviously isn’t the case) and whether you reach out with cures for your soreness that week, your peaks and pits or just need someone to vent me - she’s your girl.
